Students often struggle with unclear leave processes, delayed approvals, and constant back and forth with faculty, while administrators deal with scattered requests and lack of visibility. I designed this college leave management app to simplify the entire flow, allowing students to apply easily, track status in real time, and giving faculty a clear, structured way to review and approve requests quickly, reducing confusion and saving time for everyone involved.
